“Nation-building cannot be limited to building huge infrastructure or creating billion-dollar businesses. It is essentially about creating opportunities, nurturing industries, empowering women, and ensuring that children receive the right nutrition and education. Most importantly, it is about believing in India's potential and giving it a platform.”
With this message in the foreword to Vividh Verse, Vedanta Group Chairman Anil Agarwal sets the tone for Vedanta Limited’s newly introduced bilingual magazine that brings together stories, conversations and perspectives from across India’s cultural, entrepreneurial and public life landscape.
Conceived as a limited-edition collectible publication available in both print and digital formats, Vividh Verse curates narratives on culture, public policy, entrepreneurship, AI, sports, grassroots innovation and contemporary India.
In his foreword, Agarwal further writes, “Vividh Verse is born out of that very belief. A belief that stories have the power to change mindsets and shape the future.”
The inaugural issue features contributions from public figures, artists, entrepreneurs and policymakers. Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal reflects on the role of the Constitution in enabling social mobility, while Padma Vibhushan Dr. Sonal Mansingh writes on India’s civilisational ethos and cultural continuity. Actor Pankaj Tripathi speaks about authenticity in an evolving cultural landscape, and Olympic medallist Manu Bhaker discusses discipline and resilience in sport.
The issue also explores entrepreneurship, music, AI, wellness traditions, digital culture and grassroots innovation. Moglix founder Rahul Garg writes about industrial transformation and manufacturing in India, while artists including Flipperachi, Lokesh Anand and DJ Outlaw reflect on evolving cultural expression and contemporary music.
Designed as a premium publication, each edition of Vividh Verse will also include a specially commissioned artwork, positioning it as a collectible magazine at the intersection of culture, ideas and contemporary India. Future editions will continue to feature voices and narratives from across sectors and regions.
