Diljit Dosanjh announces MET Gala debut; SRK, Kiara Advani to join

Global Punjabi sensation Diljit Dosanjh confirmed his MET Gala 2025 debut with an Instagram post expressing his excitement ahead of the grand fashion event.

Taking to the social media platform, Diljit wrote, "First time (hourglass emoji)," using the 2020 track 'MET GALA' by Gunna as background music.

Alongside him, actors Shah Rukh Khan and Kiara Advani will also make their first appearances at the prestigious gala, set to take place on May 5 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

Meanwhile, Kiara Advani shared a post announcing her arrival in New York. The mom-to-be also appeared to tease her debut outfit. She posted a glimpse of the sweet welcome gift awaiting her at the hotel: a miniature black outfit crafted like a cake, a bouquet of pink roses, and an assortment of gourmet treats. She captioned the Story with a simple heart emoji.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan also touched down in New York on Sunday morning, accompanied by his longtime manager Pooja Dadlani. The trio will be joining global celebrities at the iconic fashion event on Monday.

Priyanka Chopra is also expected to attend the gala this year, adding to the star power from India.
