Actor Ravi Sharma's kick arse come back with the announcement of his upcoming film 'Raghupati' has hitted jollywood again. The film is a joint venture between Multi Business Professional Associates (MBPA) and Rootstock Entertainments. 'Raghupati' is scripted by the dashing Ravi Sharma himself, a film slated for early summer of the upcoming year. The assamese superstar made the announcement on his last birthday in Guwahati.
Raghupati, has been directed by Suvrat Kakoty, a young talent that has recently stepped the industry. The director personally admires the handsome actor Ravi Sharma for his outstanding performance in the history of assamese films.
The film revolves around the present scenerio of women trafficking and rape. It's a campaign against all such unethical practices and the role of the society to fight against such crimes. On the other side, the story depicts a beautiful father and a daughter relationship too. The cast includes the beautiful Amrita Gogoi in the role of a NGO worker while the talented actor Ravi Sharma plays the role of the protagonist.
'Raghupati'marks the developing phase of the assamese films with a budget of around 50 lakhs.
