Manipur BJP leader defects to Congress

Imphal (Manipur), 20 Aug, 2018:

Former Manipur minister and BJP leader Ningthoujam Mangi defected to the Congress along with social workers Huidrom Bikramajit Singh and Sanglakpam Preshyojit Sharma on Monday. The announcement was made by Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee chief.
