One loaded truck under registration no ASOI-DC-9157 carrying cement for Railway work Agency on the way to Noney was completely torched by Suspected hill based UG's between Irang bridge and Awangkhul-2 under Noney police station today around 10.30 am .A case has been registered for further investigation.
