In a significant move to streamline citizen grievance redressal in Manipur, an online portal was launched on December 27.
The Manipur Information Commission has made available the facility for online filing (e-filing) of the 2nd Appeal and Complaint case in compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of India.
Further to avail of the facility, a complainant/appellant can visit www.eservicesmanipur.gov.in.

The portal was launched by Chief Information Commissioner Koijam Radhashyam.
The portal is a testament to the government's commitment to leveraging technology for public welfare. It allows citizens to file their complaints online without the need to physically visit the Consumer Commissions or Courts.
The portal not only facilitates the online filing of complaints but also enables a hybrid mode of appeals and complaints.
