NEET aspirants in Manipur staged a protest march along Keishampat Road in Imphal on July 23, joining demonstrations being held across various parts of the country over the alleged NEET paper leak incident.
A large number of students participated in the rally, expressing strong condemnation of the alleged irregularities and demanding a fair and transparent examination process.
During the demonstration, protesters raised slogans in support of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and called for accountability and comprehensive reforms in the examination system.
One of the protesters said that preparing for the NEET examination is a challenging process, with more than 24 lakh students competing for limited seats.
