The 83-year-old Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama has been discharged from Max Hospital in New Delhi on Friday. Dalai Lama was admitted to the hospital with a chest infection on Tuesday.
As per reports, Dalai Lama’s spokesperson Tenzin Taklha informed that the Tibetan leader was feeling some discomfort while he in Dharamsala and was then rushed to Max hospital in national capital New Delhi.
The Dalai Lama fled to India 60 years ago as Chinese troops crushed an attempted uprising in Tibet. He lives in exile in the city of Dharamsala.
He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989 for his opposition to violence in his quest for Tibetan self-rule.

Meanwhile, it has been reported that the leader is back to his normal routine.
