    Guwahati (Assam) 7 August 2018

    Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi passed away at 6.10 pm at the Kauvery hospital on Tuesday.

    The DMK patriarch was 94-year-old. The death occurred hours after the hospital authorities had put out a

    bulletin saying his condition was extremely critical and unstable.

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among leaders paying tributes to the departed soul.
