Court of Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate was inaugurated today at Rangpo near Mining Ground in East Sikkim. The Court was inaugurated by Chief Justice of High Court Sikkim Shri Satish Kumar Agnihotri in the presence of Chief Minister Shri Pawan Chamling as Chief Guest. Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai [Judge of Sikkim High Court], Justice Bhaskar Raj Pradhan [Judge of Sikkim High Court], HRDD Minister, Law, Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Department Shri RB Subba along with other judges, advocates and concerned officers of Sikkim Court were present during the inauguration.
The first case was heared today by Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate Madam Ranjeeta Pradhan which was presented by Advocate Shrawan Prasad and other advocates.
