ARUNACHAL: BLOOD DONATION CAMP IN PASIGHAT

16 July 2018:

During a voluntary blood donation camp organized at Bakin Pertin General Hospital, Pasighat, 43 units of blood were collected by the Pasighat Galo Welfare Organization (PGWO) with the technical help of the hospital administration.

Joint DHS Dr. D Raina inaugurated the camp in the presence of Medical Superintendent Dr. YR Darang, Blood Bank Officer Dr. G Jongkey, PGWO president Kengo Zirdo and secretary Jummo Rina, senior leaders and volunteers from the Galo community. Local MLA Kaling Moyong also visited the camp and interacted with organizers and donors.

Besides the PGWO members, many volunteers from GREF camp, Ranaghat and CRPF camp, GTC also turned up to donate blood.
