ITANAGAR: In Arunachal Pradesh, At least 123 more people including 15 security personnel tested positive for COVID-19 in Arunachal Pradesh, according to a senior health department official.
According to State Surveillance Officer (SSO) Dr Lobsang Jampa, 109 of the new cases were identified using rapid antigen checks, nine using RT-PCR, and five using TrueNAT methods.

Thirty new cases were registered from the Capital Complex Area, including 22 from Lower Dibang Valley, 15 from Lower Subansiri, 14 from Papumpare, eight each from Tawang and East Siang, and six from West Kameng.
According to the SSO, four new cases were registered in West Siang, three each in Changlang and Lower Siang, two each in Lohit, Namsai, and Tirap, and one each in Pakke Kessang, East Kameng, Leparada, and Anjaw district.
The disease has also infected eight Army personnel, seven Indian Reserve Battalion (IRB) jawans and one NDRF official was also afflicted with the virus.
There are reportedly 819 active COVID-19 cases in Arunachal Pradesh, with 58 deaths so far.
On Tuesday, at least 28 more people recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of recoveries in the state to 17,021, according to the official.
As per sources, so far 4,43,327 samples have been tested so far, including 3,095 on Tuesday.
