Drugs worth Rs 1 lakh seized in Guwahati

Guwahati, May 10, 2019:

Guwahati Railway Police on Friday nabbed one Manu Sheikh (28) for allegedly procuring 7800 nos’ of Yaba (WY) tablets worth Rs 1 lakh.

As per official sources, Manoj Sheikh was carrying the WY tablets from Dimapur to Kooch Bihar.

It may also be mentioned that a case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) act 1985, is being registered and the person has been taken into custody.
