GUWAHATI: For the fifth day in a row, petrol and diesel prices in Guwahati were raised by 36 and 37 paise per litre, respectively.
The price of petrol in Guwahati today is Rs. 103 per litre while the price of diesel was Rs. 96.18 per litre.
The price of petrol hiked by 36 paise per litre each, and diesel by 37 paise per litre each.
The price of petrol in Guwahati on October 23 was Rs 103.46, followed by 22 (102.87), 21 (102.66), and 20 (102.66). (102.21).
In the month of October, the lowest price of petrol in Guwahati was on October 1.

Meanwhile, according to a price notice from state-owned fuel retailers, the price of petrol in Delhi reached an all-time high of Rs 107.59 per litre and Rs 113.46 per litre in Mumbai.
Diesel now costs Rs 104.38 a litre in Mumbai, while it costs Rs 96.32 in Delhi.
While petrol prices have already exceeded Rs 100 per litre in all major cities across the country, diesel prices have exceeded Rs 100 per litre in over a half-dozen states and UTs, ranging from Jammu and Kashmir to Tamil Nadu.
However, prices vary by state, based on the amount of local taxes levied.
