Assam: 12 aged women from Mother Old Age Home tested positive for COVID-19

A total of 12 aged women including a 101-year old from Mother Old Age Home have tested positive for coronavirus in Guwahati on Wednesday.

Two of them have been admitted to Mahendra Mohan Choudhury Hospital (MMCH) while five other have been brought to Delhi Public School, which is now a temporary quarantine centre.

The rest of the aged women have been home quarantined in the old age home itself.
