One arrested for possession of suspected heroin in lokhra, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: One person has been arrested by Assam Police for possession of suspected heroin in Guwahati this morning.

Police apprehended the suspected drug dealer at lokhra, Guwahati, and seized 12 gm of heroin.

According to sources, Police also recovered two mobile phones, two empty phails, and some amount of cash from his possession.

An investigation led by the officer-in-charge (OC) of Garchuk Police Station, Prasenjit Das is underway.
