The historic Gurudwara in Dhubri witnessed an outpouring of devotion as thousands of devotees from across India and abroad gathered to commemorate the 349th martyrdom anniversary of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib, the ninth Sikh Guru.
The celebrations began with a Prabhat Pheri, spreading spiritual fervour throughout the town, followed by the recitation of Sukhmani Sahib Paath and Akhand Paath Sahib.
The Gurudwara was alive with prayers, kirtans, and a profound sense of unity and faith.
Sardar Daljit Singh Sethi, President of the Sikh Pratinidhi Board Eastern Zone, lauded the overwhelming participation, noting that devotees from Punjab, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, the North East, and abroad came together to honour the Guru's sacrifice for freedom, faith, and humanity.
The event, embodying the Sikh values of service and brotherhood, will continue with spiritual programs, cultural events, and langars offering free meals to all, fostering communal harmony and the spirit of universal love.
