Assam: Chaos erupts at HAMM hospital in Hojai, patients and parents clash with authorities

The HAMM Hospital in Hojai witnessed a heated confrontation between hospital authorities and patients along with their parents leading to a chaotic scene on the premises. Reports suggest that tensions escalated to physical altercations with patients and parents allegedly subjected to violence by doctors and hospital staff.

Eyewitnesses recounted scenes of distress as patients and their guardians already burdened by health concerns found themselves embroiled in a clash with the very institution meant to provide care and support. 

Police were called to the scene to restore order and ensure the safety of all individuals involved. Upon their arrival, police officers intervened and managed to bring the situation under control.
