Assam Cabinet ministers Ajanta Neog, Atul Bora, and Keshav Mahanta made their presence felt in Majuli, as they arrived at Kamalabari Ghat via a special ferry from Nimati Ghat. Their visit was marked by a series of campaign meetings in support of Tapan Gogoi, gearing up for the upcoming elections.

Minister Atul Bora expressed optimism about the development landscape in Assam and the lack of significant opposition in the state. He highlighted various government schemes, including Ayushman Bharat, emphasizing their positive impact on the people of Assam.

Ajanta Neog, focusing on grassroots engagement, embarked on a series of election meetings in Pakajra, Bongaon, and Sriram panchayats. She underscored the disillusionment of the populace with the Congress party, echoing confidence in the victory of their candidate, Tapan Gogoi.

Meanwhile, Atul Bora and Keshav Mahanta, after attending an election meeting in Sriluhit panchayat, are set to depart from Majuli.
