A bluetooth soundbox has become a teacher due to a shortage of staff at Kaliabor school. The teacher's chair is vacant, but teaching continues. A soundbox is conducting lessons for the students—this is the current state of the education system!
With six classes and 184 students but only four teachers, the school faces significant difficulties in managing its academic responsibilities.
Previously staffed with seven teachers, the school saw two educators transferred and one retiring, leaving the headmaster and three remaining teachers to shoulder the burden.
To address the gap, they devised an innovative method: recording lessons on a mobile phone and playing them through a soundbox for first-grade students.
This electronic solution has become essential for the school, which was established during the British era in 1905. The headmaster highlighted the pressing need to resort to such methods to ensure that students continue to receive an education despite the staff crisis.
