BJP MP Pabitra Margherita while talking to the media on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and the poll campaigns that have already kicked off across the state of Assam said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the star campaigner.
He added that all members be it the booth-level president to Pristha Praukh, all are star campaigners and hence he has reiterated confiendence on the people of the state that they will vote for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.
"...Our star campaigner is Prime Minister Narendra Modi...From the booth-level president to Pristha Pramukh is also our star campaigner...The Assam Chief Minister will also take part in more than 100 road shows, rallies, and meetings across the state. We are very confident that the people of the state will vote for the BJP..." said Pabitra Margherita while speaking to the media.
Meanwhile, BJP leaders from Assam who are contesting for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections have begun filing their nominations.
The process for filing of nomination papers for the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 scheduled to be held on April 19 began but so far no candidates has filed their nominations.
The last date for filing nomination papers for the first phase of polling is March 27 except Bihar where due to a festival, the last day of filing nominations for the Lok Sabha constituencies is March 28.
