Torrential rainfall paralyzes Guwahati leading to severe waterlogging across the city

A massive downpour that began on Saturday night has brought Guwahati to a standstill, causing widespread flooding and severe waterlogging across the city. 

The incessant rainfall has inundated numerous areas, severely disrupting daily life for commuters and pedestrians.

The heavy rains have not only flooded streets but have also triggered landslides in several locations, compounding the city's woes. 

Residents are struggling to navigate through the waterlogged roads, with many facing significant inconvenience and safety hazards. 

Authorities are working to manage the situation, but the ongoing deluge continues to challenge the city's infrastructure and emergency response capabilities.
