GANGTOK: The Sikkim Police has seized a huge amount of drug carried in a vehicle on Wednesday in their continuation of efforts to crack down on drug abuse.
As per the official report, a team of East District's Ranipool Police Station while their routine vehicle checking near Setipool, found the behavious of occupants suspectful.
There were as many as four occupants in the vehicle.

Police started their search and found a box covered with grass inside the car. Following the discovery of the box two of the occupant ran immediately.
On further investigation, police found 360 capsules and 8 cough syrup bottles as well.
A manhunt was launched in search of two absconded occupants and both were apprehended on Thursday early morning.
A case filed under SADA and NDPS.
