Assam Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Voting underway in Morigaon under Nagaon constituency for second phase

The second phase of Lok Sabha elections commenced in Morigaon district today, with polling stations opening at 7 am across 911 locations.

Ramakant Deori, the MLA from Morigaon assembly constituency, which falls under No. 9 Nagaon Lok Sabha constituency, cast his vote at No. 252 Deurabadi Primary School.

The total electorate in the district, spanning three assembly constituencies, is 7,25,801, which includes an estimated 13,019 first-time voters.
