Assam: Gaurav Gogoi's campaign song "Axomor Gaurav" released ahead of Lok Sabha elections

The latest campaign anthem for Lok Sabha election of the Indian National Congress (INC) candidate Gaurav Gogoi,  titled "Axomor Gaurav," has been officially launched today. 

The Jorhat LS seat candidate, released his campaign anthem on  YouTube. The song is said to represent aspirations of the youth, women, the marginalized, and the farmers of Assam.

 "Axom eibar jilikibo xantir dikhe, gonotontro roikhya koribo a Gaurav Gogoi a", an introduction line from the song which translates to Assam will glorify this time towards peace, democracy will be protected by Gaurav Gogoi. With lyrics promising to usher in peace and safeguard democracy, the song is a rallying call for support towards Gaurav Gogoi's candidacy for the Jorhat Constituency under the Indian National Congress (INC) banner.

Gaurav Gogoi, the son of former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and the incumbent MP from Kaliabor, has filed his nomination on Tuesday, is gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
