Today, the Assam Jatiyo Parishad Central Committee Secretary, Sanjay Kumar Deb, addressed the media at the Assam Jatiyo Parishad office in Margherita. Speaking from Changlang Tiniali Margherita, Deb outlined the upcoming election campaign plans.
Deb revealed that on Monday, the 13th Dibrugarh Lok Sabha Constituency Opposition United Forum Candidate, Lurinjyoti Gogoi, along with Raijor Dal President and MLA of Sibsagar LAC, Akhil Gogoi, will be conducting an election campaign across various locations within the 83 no. Margherita Constituency.
"To balance the critical atmosphere of democratic system, there are different organisations such as the Supreme court, election commission, ED, income department tax etc. are there to work independently. But looking at today's situation it can be said that these institutions are working under the supervision of the government", says Deb to the media.
He further said that these kinds of alleged activities are hurting the democracy of the country.
