Assam: Shikha Sharma files nomination papers from Nagaon for upcoming LS polls

Shikha Sharma from Nagaon district has filed her nomination for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, today.

Sharma filed her nomination as an independent candidate. She submitted her nomination papers at the district commissioner's office.

"I am hopeful for your well wishes and prayers. Vote is a matter of personal choice, so whosoever you vote for make sure he is worthy of it", Sharma plead to the people.

Speaking after filing her nomination, Sharma said, “Pradyut Bordoloi's weak candidate. I have been jailed for raising my voice for the public. People are campaigning for me.”

Sharma emphasized her commitment to serving the constituents and addressing the concerns.
