Congress MP Randeep Singh Surjewala criticises PM Modi's statement on electoral bonds, calls it 'chanda do', dhandha lo'

Congress Member of Parliament (MP) and general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala has criticised Prime Minister Modi's statement on electoral bonds. 

Surjewala suggests that the bonds represent organised corruption and exploitation of public resources. 

He used the phrase 'chanda do, dhandha lo' to express his viewpoint. 

He further added that the matter should be investigated by the next government under the supervision of a Supreme Court judge.

Congress MP and general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala says, "Prime Minister Modi's comment on electoral bond shows that electoral bonds were organised corruption and loot of people's resources. It was 'chanda do', dhandha lo'...This would have to be investigated by the next government through the agency of a Supreme Court judge."
