Congress Member of Parliament (MP) and general secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala has criticised Prime Minister Modi's statement on electoral bonds.
Surjewala suggests that the bonds represent organised corruption and exploitation of public resources.
He used the phrase 'chanda do, dhandha lo' to express his viewpoint.
He further added that the matter should be investigated by the next government under the supervision of a Supreme Court judge.
