The Assam Police is winning over netizens yet again with its wit! This time, the Assam Police has used the latest Bollywood smash hit, 'Kabir Singh', to send a very important message to youths who might be influenced by the Shahid Kapoor-starrer.
Taking their fight against drugs to another level, the official Twitter handle of the Assam Police posted a poster of the blockbuster movie along with the message: "Stop acting cool by being addicted to bad habits, because 'Kabir Singh' is a fiction, your life is not."
The Assam police also used "#GuwahatiFightsAgainstDrug" in the description of the image.
Although Shahid Kapoor's 'Kabir Singh' has set the cash registers ringing, it has received mixed reviews from critics due to its 'glorification' of misogyny and drug abuse.
The film is about a surgeon who goes into a self-destructive spiral after his girlfriend is forced to marry another man.
The Sandeep Reddy Venga film is a remake of his telegu blockbuster, 'Arjun Reddy'.
