Amid the rising cases of COVID-19, the flood situation in Assam is worsening day by day. The people of Assam have been struggling with floods for past few weeks now.
Now, the YouTube sensation Ajey Nagar popularly known as CarryMinati successfully raised over Rs 10 lakhs through a Charity Stream on his YouTube Channel. He also mentioned that he will personally add 1 lakh rupees for flood victims in Assam and Bihar.

After Carry, Stand-up comedian Abhineet Mishra also helped to raised funds for Assam floods.
This time the comedian has raised over Rs 6 lakhs through a charity fundraiser - Milaap which will go to RIHAA, an NGO in Dhemaji, working with students of TISS to help flood victims.
He further stated that the CM never donates the funds to the victims.
Today Abhineet Mishra took to his Instagram handle and wrote, ‘We have crossed 8 lakhs. We started with the aim of 3 lakhs and now we are chasing a million. Thank You for standing up for our fellow Indians in #assamfloods ❤️
A few days back, Abhineet shared a video comparing the National media for not covering the Assam flood. He also wrote, “Assam is Fighting Alone. AGAIN Behas Mishra ft. Abhineet Mishra

Assam's Dimpu Baruah, the YouTube star renowned for his relatable videos centred around day-to-day activities and goings-on in the state has now raised money for the Assam flood victims. Dimpu raised Rs 43,000 during a YouTube live stream which he plans to divide among 43 homeless flood victims.
Recently the fans of the popular South Korean pop group BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) have given a hope to the lakhs of sufferers by raising a sum of Rs.5 lakh for relief efforts.
