Manipur violence: COCOMI holds mass rally against Chin-Kuki Narco terrorism

Thousands of protestor on July 29 hold a mass rally against Chin-Kuki Narco terrorism from THAU ground to Hapta Kangjeibung in Imphal district of Manipur.

The rally which was started at 10 am was organized by Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) on Manipur Integrity.
 
The rally will be followed by a public meeting at Hapta Kangjeibung under Imphal East and it is expected that various resolutions will be adopted.

While speaking to the media, one of the protestors Sobharani said that the protest is being held with the sole objective to protect the unity and integrity of the state. 

She further said that the Meitei community will tolerate single instances which will be a threat to the territorial integrity of Manipur. 

"We are not afraid to face anybody or anyone who wishes to disintegrate the integrity of Manipur. We will not give a single inch of land for Manipur to anybody. We are ready to take revenge on Kuki the way they had treated us just to take away our land," she warned.
