On January 18, 2024, the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, spearheaded by Rahul Gandhi, is poised to traverse into districts of Assam, marking a significant phase of its journey.
Addressing a gathering in Sivasagar, Rahul Gandhi said, "We've added the word 'Nyay' to the name of this Yatra because we think that BJP-RSS is doing injustice in every state. There is a civil war-like situation in Manipur, but till today the PM has not visited the state."
Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi says, "This journey has become a journey of excitement, enthusiasm and coordination for the people of Assam. At this moment there is frustration among the people that Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra and Rahul Gandhi have been able to remove..."
