Sikkim: Covid-19 Death toll rises to 40

With the demise of three more in Sikkim today makes a total of 40 deaths.

One 80 year old male from Bahai School area and one 54 year old male from Upper Lingchom in West Sikkim passed away at The Sir Thutob Namgyal Memorial Hospital (STNM) in Gangtok this morning.

Another 40 year old was brought to Singtam hospital, tested positive and was sent to STNM in an ambulance, died soon after reaching the hospital.

Meanwhile, there are 38 new positive cases with 27 from The East, 3 from The West and 8 from The South. Including 6 from Namchi PS.
