Kokrajhar, August 2, 2019:

In a bid to provide education to the student, the teachers of Phulaguri Nayapara Primary School at Gossaigaon in Kokrajhar have started taking classing under the trees beneath open sky as the school have been washed away in the massive erosion that occurred due to the floods in the district.

The school was established in 2006 have 46 students in total.

Although the authorities of the Education Department had asked the teacher to temporarily start classes at the nearby hall but the locals alleged that the hall lacks proper condition to take classes.

The locals have also demanded the concerned authorities to reconstruct the school as soon as possible.

On the other hand, the students and the teachers of the school are facing huge challenges in continuing their education following harsh weather conditions.
