The delegated from the NPF party made an appeal to the two negotiating groups to "unite" and sign the final agreement for "peace and progress".

Announcing this via Twitter, former Nagaland CM and NPF supremo TR Zeliang wrote, "The NPF delegation from data-query-source="hashtag_click">#Nagaland and data-query-source="hashtag_click">#Manipur, met the 7 NNPGs WG on 29th Oct and the Collective Leadership of the NSCN (IM) on 30th Oct and made an appeal to the two groups to unite and sign the final agreement for peace and progress."
Meanwhile, the Centre and the NSCN (IM) have reached a stalemate regarding a separate flag and Constitution for the Nagas.

The Government Interlocutor, RN Ravi, meanwhile, has clarified that the Indian Government is steadfast in its resolve not to grant the separate flag and Constitution sought by the NSCN (IM).
As per reports, a 15-member team of the NSCN (IM) is meeting the Government interlocutor RN Ravi for solve the contentious issue of separate Naga flag and Constitution.
Meanwhile, Manipur’s Deputy CM Y Joykumar is leading a 20-member delegation as several organisations and political parties in Manipur are demanding an assurance that Centre should protect the Manipur’s territorial integrity.
