USTM to Pay Back Entire Course Fees to NET-qualified Students

Meghalaya, May 30, 2019

The University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya (USTM) is celebrating the success of 33 UGC NET qualified students from USTM for 2018-19 by giving back their entire course fees as per the ‘Pay Back Policy’ at a function on Saturday, 1 June 2019 at the USTM campus at 9th Mile.

Pallav Bhattacharya, former Spl DGP (SB), Assam will address the gathering as the Chief Guest on the occasion and will also hand over the Awards to the students. Dr Anjan Kumar Saikia, Senior Gastroenterologist will grace the occasion as its Guest-of-Honor.

USTM is a private university in the North-eastern region of India and was founded in 2011 under the Education Research & Development Foundation (ERDF).

It has approvals of the University Grant Commission (UGC), All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) , New Delhi, National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi, Bar Council of India, New Delhi, Member of Association of Indian Universities and Member, The Association of Commonwealth Universities.

The University offers different courses at graduate, post graduate and research level under its eight Schools.
