Assam Assembly Deputy Speaker Numal Momin has highlighted the state’s growing industrial prospects, particularly in the semiconductor sector, as part of the upcoming Advantage Assam 2.0 initiative.
"After the start of semiconductors in Assam, the international business communities are eyeing towards us. Our CM is working very hard all day visiting many countries and requesting them to be part of this mega event Advantage Assam," said Momin.
He emphasized that Assam is poised to become the industrial hub of the Eastern region, marking a major breakthrough in the state’s development initiatives. According to him, this will significantly boost investor confidence and help resolve the state's unemployment issues.

Adding to the anticipation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend Invest Assam, further amplifying the global attention towards the state’s economic growth. "The entire world community will definitely feel comfortable investing in Assam… We eagerly await PM Narendra Modi’s arrival," Momin stated.
The Advantage Assam 2.0 initiative is expected to attract a diverse range of industries and create employment opportunities, solidifying Assam’s role as a key player in India’s industrial and economic landscape.
