Assam minister Ranjit Kumar Das strongly criticized Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, accusing him of being a deceptive friend of the poor. Das made the statement following the recent Delhi election results, which he had shared on social media early in the morning on February 8.
"I speak only on what I am certain of regarding the election," Minister Das stated. "The trust that was once placed in Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been clearly demonstrated once again."
In his remarks, Minister Das also targeted both the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Bodoland People's Front (BPF). He accused AAP of failing to meet the promises made to the people and criticized the BPF for losing its relevance in the current political landscape.
Das highlighted that it was primarily the proud poor people who voted for the BPF, but the party now lacks significance in the political sphere, despite its extensive propaganda efforts. He further emphasized that BPF’s grassroots support is practically nonexistent, limiting its effectiveness.
