Pegu while making his speech added, “Now, there are several teachers who don't wish to take classes and show negligence towards their responsibilities. You know why they find it hard to attend classes? Because their heads are empty. So what will they teach? After getting a government job they have stopped acquiring knowledge and have also forgotten what they have learnt. But there are a few who after acquiring knowledge and are hungry for disseminating knowledge among others”
