Assam: National flag falls during 76th Republic Day Celebration in Bijni

The 76th Republic Day celebration in Bijni, Chirang, Assam, witnessed an unfortunate incident when the national flag accidentally slipped and fell during the ceremony. 

The event was organized by the Bijni Sub-Divisional Administration, with Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Kriti Sesare leading the proceedings. 

As part of the official program, SDO Sesare hoisted the national flag. However, the unexpected mishap disrupted the solemn occasion.  

Efforts to address and rectify the situation were promptly undertaken, ensuring the continuation of the celebration.
