Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh expressed his views on the importance of respecting the Constitution and the parliamentary institution on the occasion of 'Samvidhan Gaurav Abhiyan'.
He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his deep understanding and respect for the Constitution, emphasizing its significance at every level of governance.
Speaking on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, CM Singh remarked, "Rahul Gandhi holds the Constitution and says we have to save it, but he never respects the Parliament. Have you ever seen this in America, China, or Britain? He comes to Parliament with the Constitution in his hand and wearing a T-shirt. This is a form of disrespect to Parliament."
