Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha reaffirmed his government's commitment to transforming the state into an education hub, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of empowering youth through education and skill development.
Speaking at a public event, Dr. Saha highlighted recent progress, stating, “Yesterday, we gave placement to 228 individuals through TET. Our efforts are focused on building infrastructure and promoting a modern education system in Tripura.”
The Chief Minister added that continuous investments in education infrastructure and human resource development are paving the way for a brighter academic future for the state. “This trend will continue in the coming days,” he assured.

Earlier, Manik Saha said that the unemployment rate in the state has significantly decreased.
He said that the current government of the state is working to ensure employment opportunities along with jobs, and through the transparent recruitment policy, the government has provided jobs to 17,554 people till March 2025. In 2025 alone, 3,554 people have been given government job appointment letters till today.
Dr. Saha, who is also the Education Minister of the state, said that the process of distributing offers one after another has been going on for the last few months.
