    Guwahati, December12, 2018:

    In Khanikar Gaon Panchayat of Dibrugarh district, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress shares spoil with 147 votes.

    The candidate for BJP is Suresh Karmakar and Congress candidate is Jogen Bora.

    It is to be mentioned that the counting of votes for the panchayat election is underway since 8:00am this morning.
